Lo que muy probablemente no nos ha quedado del todo claro es \u00bfcu\u00e1l es la distinci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica y pr\u00e1ctica entre ambos tipos de afectaciones?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n haremos un breve recuento de aquellas opiniones autorizadas a nivel nacional que recogen esta distinci\u00f3n y nos brindan criterios para diferenciar ambos institutos jur\u00eddicos.
